The Hilder Road State School Carnival is an annual event showcasing the heart of The Gap school community, demonstrating the quality and excellence to the life of each child enrolled. Strong participation across family and friends who participate in the everyday activities and educational values of the school community is second to none.

Hilder Road State School is a school offering quality educational learning, values and experiences for just over 400 students, a school which prides itself on knowing every student and parent well. Hilder Road provides a family focused, caring environment with a school philosophy 'Education is Life'.

Our Carnival

The Hilder Road Carnival run by the P&C Associtaion is an annual fundraising event which sees attendance of approximately 1000 to 1500 local community members. The funds raised at the carnival provide students with invaluable learning resources and tools.

The Hilder Road Carnival experience is a fantastic day for all to enjoy, incorporating fun and activities bringing together students, family, friends and local community members. From exciting rides, great entertainment, displays and market stalls through to great food and beverages available to adults to relax and enjoy, the carnival has something for everyone!
